Q. I'm an assistant manager of a department already in House of fraser, It's huge, we take a lot of money and are in charge of around 10 staff. We're also a big branch so take messages for other stores, work closely with our area manager. Have a very high anual turnover and floor space. Do you think it's a good idea, progression wise to apply for concession MANAGER of a smaller department, with around 4 staff including myself? smaller takeover, smaller floor space etc?
